Shelly Dash connects to your Shelly Cloud account to retrieve and control your devices. We collect your Shelly Cloud credentials solely for the purpose of authenticating with the Shelly Cloud API.

We do not collect any other personal data, usage analytics, or tracking information. Your credentials are stored securely on your device and are never sent to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your credentials are used exclusively to:

  • Authenticate with the Shelly Cloud API on your behalf
  • Retrieve your device data and status
  • Send control commands to your devices

We do not use your information for marketing purposes or any other purpose beyond the functionality of the app.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your Shelly Cloud credentials are stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device. All communication with the Shelly Cloud API is encrypted. We do not operate any servers that store your personal information.

  • Delete your stored credentials at any time by removing your account from the app or uninstalling the app
  • Request information about any data we hold about you (we hold none on our servers)

Shelly Dash is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
